Do’s and Dont’s During the Loan Process
DON’T apply for ANY NEW CREDIT.
DON’T make any new large purchases or charge up any credit cards.
DON’T quit your current job.
DON’T close any of your credit card accounts.
DON’T make any large deposits into your banking account.
DON’T deposit cash into your bank account.
DO make all payments on time on all accounts.
DO call with any questions that you may have.
DO bring a cashier’s check made out to the title company at closing. No personal checks.
DO keep a paper trail of any deposits made to your bank accounts.
