What can I say about Jeremy? We were beyond impressed with everything he did for us. The moment we met Jeremy he made us feel like nothing else was important but helping us get into our first home, and I have to say that is what he did. He was always in touch, he always texted or phoned back right away and not hours later (which is important to me). He even went on vacation and was still making sure our contract was moving through the system so we could close before we went on vacation. Jeremy is a very likeable and friendly guy. He is very prompt and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for a response in text, phone, or email communication and I asked what felt like a million questions, but he answered them all. His customer service is second to none. With the housing market so hot at the moment it took my wife and I a while to find the house that we wanted. Jeremy stuck with us through the whole process keeping in touch with us just to say hello from time to time just checking up on us. From initial contract to closing it took 3 weeks for Jeremy to close our loan. Actually 2 weeks, but the closing date was already set for 3 weeks from contract date. That is blistering fast in a business that can sometimes take up to 45+ days to close on a loan. I would recommend Jeremy and the rest of the team at Grayson Home Loans to anyone that needed a loan. Extremely pleased with my experience.

We had some issues and he took the time to guide us in the right direction so we could resolve them.
We closed on our house in 4 weeks. I have purchased several homes but this was the easiest by far.

We had a contract on the house we purchased and were dealing with another lender. One who we had been dealing with for over 34 years. They handled our original loan, a home improvement loan, a home equity loan and 2 re-fi’s. We thought with all that history and credit scores ove over 800 it would be a slam dunk.
Boy were we mistaken. After jumping through hoops for 5 weeks the appraisal came back low and they were no help despite over 10 errors in the appraisal figures. We were about to lose the deal for our retirement home when the realtor Lainie with Keller Williams suggested Jeremy Lewis. He was a marvel. He did in ten days what had taken the other company 6 weeks to do and then they fouled it up. Jeremy went out of his way to come to our house after hours , draft a new package, get an accurate appraisal, get us approved and the loan funded and still met the original closing date. All this while maintaining a friendly relationship with my wife and I and keeping us informed every step of the way.
